2. SITE INSPECTION
We always do a walkthrough and inspect the possible site and project prior to commencing a formal quote. If you already have an Architect we would love to meet them at this time. We can alternatively introduce you to our preferred Architects.
3. QUOTE
THE PROJECT
Once we have refined the project with all involved we will provide a detailed itemised quote. We traditionally do cost plus projects with our builders margin and all costs very transparent.
4. CLIENT SIGN OFF
We give you time to review and refine you project. Once you're happy we will get to work with all the details.
5. MANAGE PERMITS
We can take care of this stage for you. We offer weekly project management for your build, so you can enjoy the process as much as possible.
6. COMMENCE WORKS
Now that we have the tick of approval we will get to work. We pride ourselves on working to deadlines with 100% transparency across every stage of the project running to our schedule which all trades, architects and our client accesses to ensure accountability with weekly project check in meetings.
