RENOVATION + MODERN EXTENSION

A design and build by LYTTON. Our clients have a beautfiul California bungalow located on Tooronga Road, Glen Iris with a beautiful deep block with fantastic views across Glen Iris towards the Dandenong Ranges. Our clients wanted to add a modern extension, restore and renovate the existing home as well as capturing the outside in. We think this project turned our beautifully. One of our favourite features is the large ceilings and huge steel window. One of our LYTTON men Nathan did an incredible job on this project.
